The Blue Agave (Tequiliana Weber Azul), the sole source for the production of 100% Agave Tequilas, thrives in the volcanic soil of Jalisco, Mexico. The Agaves for Santa Fe Tequila Company products are harvested in Los Altos “The Highlands” district. Its cooler climate and rich soil produce large and sweet Agave. All of our Agaves are harvested by hand at their individual maturity. The more mature the Agave, the more concentrated its sugars, and the smoother the Tequila.
