Ginger Apple Cranberry Margarita – by Chef Susie Jimenez

1 -12oz bag of cranberries
3 cups water
Cook the cranberries in water for 5 minutes. Then blend with 3 TBS grated ginger and 3 TBS honey. Place in a container to cool. 
In a shaker, muddle 1/4 cup diced apples (any kind) and 1 sprig of thyme 10 times. 
Add 12-14 ice cubes to shaker, 4 dashes orange bitters, 1 cup of cooled cranberry mix, 4 shots (8 oz) of Silvercoin Tequila and one sprig of thyme. 
Shake 20 times and serve over ice. 

SilverCoin Margarita

1 oz Silvercoin Tequila
2/3 oz Cointreau
1 oz fresh lime juice

Shake vigorously, serve over ice in a salt rimmed glass, garnish with a lime wedge

SilverCoin Paloma

2 oz Silvercoin Tequila
6 oz Grapefruit Soda
Juice of 1/2 lime

Shake Vigorously With Ice, Strain Into a Shot Glass

SilverCoin Bloody Maria

2 oz Silvercoin Tequila
3 oz Bloody Mary Mix
Dash of Jojo’s Sriracha sauce &
Worcestershire Sauce
Dash of Celery Salt & Black Pepper
Juice Of 2 Lemon Wedges

Shake Well, Serve Over Ice, Preferably in a Seasoned Salt Rimmed Glass, Garnish With a Celery Stick or Your Favorite Veggies
